Most homes take about 1.5 hours, not including add-on services such as disinfecting, HRV cleaning or dryer vent cleaning.
Do you offer add-on services?
Yes. We also offer duct disinfecting, HRV cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Ask us to include them in your quote.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
We recommend every 3 to 5 years, or sooner if you have pets, have recently renovated, or someone in your home has allergies.
Do you clean the furnace too?
Yes. We clean your entire ventilation system, including the HVAC unit, blower, evaporator coil and accessible components, along with every duct from the vent covers to the main trunk line.
What makes your duct cleaning different?
We use high-powered truck-mounted units that generate over 15,000 CFM, compared with 4,000 to 5,000 CFM for typical portable machines. That means a deeper, more thorough clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You don’t need to be present, but we do need your consent and access to the home. Please make sure the furnace and all supply and return vents are clear and easy to reach so we can do the job properly.
